Para mejorar, resaltó dos cosas, una la pileta exterior a temperatura casi ambiente, esta solo de vista y podria estar disponible, aunque sea una horas durante el dia y segundo, un dia que había mucho viento y estábamos todos en la pileta interna, había solo 8 reposeras y afuera que no había nadie, había mas de 20,sin usar, creo que no costaba nada, mandar a alguien de mantenimiento para que entrara un par adentro. Esos pequeños detalles de estar mirando que hace falta en el momento indicado, marca la diferencia

Un hotel extraordinario en todos los sentidos. Lo que realmente marca la diferencia es su personal: un equipo de jóvenes profesionales que atienden con una calidez humana y una dedicación admirables. The hotel is lovely! The staff is very helpful, and the restaurant food is delicious and varied. The rooms are very comfortable, with a beautiful view. The only thing I think would be good to change is to have separate pools or different hours for children and adults, so that children can play safely and adults can also have their own space to relax.

A place to return to. The receptionist Camila's service was exceptional. She attended to all our needs from the moment we arrived! The room was super large and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, the afternoon tea service was good, and the restaurant was very good (reasonable prices, varied, and tasty!). The pool is large, but when it's crowded it feels small, and the massage jets aren't very good. It also lacks a steam room. It's fine for a weekend.

From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. The service from the reception staff, the bar, and the restaurant was impeccable: always friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The rooms are spacious, super comfortable, modern, and have a touch of luxury that makes the stay a pleasure. The pool is beautiful, very clean, and has a relaxed atmosphere ideal for unwinding. The overall ambiance of the hotel is warm, harmonious, and full of positive energy. It makes you want to come back again and again. I also participated in the yoga class, which was an incredible experience. Very well guided, in a tranquil setting, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying yourself. In short, a place that combines excellence, comfort, and top-notch service. I highly recommend it and would definitely return!
